Though highly tasty and craving, the deep fried junk street foods are not at all of good health to any individual who consume junk street foods on regular basis. Why is it a health hazard? That can be a real question which is unintelligent to oneself as these oil dipped fried objects simply has a high level of saturated fat content which end up making an individual obese and load them up with high level of calories.


Junk and street foods cause clogging of the arteries though there are various high number of consumption happening on daily basis with majority of the people. It is a case of lethargic period where the individual insists on eating tasty junk foods during majority of this period of time. These mechanisms end up with lack of vital nutrients in the body and make the person completely loaded with calories.

These deeply fried products are absolutely of no good health and such involvement of high level saturated fat concentration can bring in deep trouble to every individual.  It is a truth that such food involve higher amount of taste and eating pleasure but addiction to such street foods can really hamper one’s health and bother the health reality. 




Below are some of the reasons why such street foods should be avoided:



1) Sodium level: There is excess amount of salt for improving one’s taste and this can cause unnecessary increase in the level of blood pressure leading one to have hypertension and other issues that can lead to excess increase in body weight at a rapid growth. High consumption of sodium levels can cause various other negative effects to an individual’s health and that involves high increase in the BP (Blood Pressure) and complications related to one’s heart. The latter issue of heart can cause too much of complications leading to failure of heart at times. Such medical conditions make the kidney to suffer from imbalanced level of sodium.

2) Trans – fat: The cooking of such foods is done in deep fried oil content and is done repeatedly for a long period of time. The oil content has a largely saturated fat which can lead one to suffer from diabetes, cardio issues and even certain kind of chronic diseases.

3) Infection in stomach: One might get exposed to germs that can actually cause gastrointestinal infection. Such kind of infection causes one to suffer from vomiting or diarrhea. Such issues though are not serious but can cause compromising of the immune system which can lead to various complicated issues in future.
